The first day of the event began with an opening ceremony, featuring a Cenderawasih Dance performance by students from the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Udayana. This was followed by a plenary session, moderated by Prof. I Nyoman Arya Thanaya, with Prof. Chikako Fujiyama from Japan and Prof. Mohd. Haziman Bin Wan Ibrahim from Malaysia as keynote speakers. The day continued with parallel sessions, and in the evening, a Gala Dinner was held for all participants and committee members, accompanied by music and dance performances by civil engineering students from Universitas Udayana.

On the second day, the conference resumed with another plenary session, moderated by Apif Miftahul Hajji, Ph.D., featuring Assoc. Prof. Yaghoob Amir Farnam from the United States and Assoc. Prof. Kariyadi from Universitas Negeri Malang as invited speakers. The sessions continued with parallel presentations and concluded with the announcement of the Best Presenter awards during the closing ceremony.

On the third day, participants went on a field trip to Penglipuran Village, Bangli, where they also visited Yayasan Bambu Lingkungan, an organization dedicated to landscape restoration and sustainable forest initiatives in Indonesia.
