Author Guideline

Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors intending to present at ICGCEE 2025 must submit a manuscript detailing their research ideas and findings. Please adhere to the following guidelines for submission.
1. Paper Length & Formatting
- Submissions must be between 8 to 10 pages, including all content such as text, figures, and references.
- Any additional pages beyond the 10-page limit will incur additional fee.
- A maximum of two (2) papers can be submitted by the same first author, with an extra publication fee applicable for the second submission.
2. Submission Format & Language
- Papers must be written in English.
- Documents should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format for both peer review and final (camera-ready) submission.
- All manuscripts must comply with the official formatting requirements set by the appointed publisher. (Formatting details can be accessed [here]).
3. Presentation & Registration Requirements
- At least one author must present accepted papers at ICGCEE 2025. If none of the authors can attend, a qualified representative may present on their behalf.
- The presenter must register for ICGCEE 2025 at the applicable rate and complete registration before the designated deadline.
- Papers that are not registered within the deadline will be removed from the conference proceedings and program.
4. Originality & Ethical Considerations
- All submitted papers must be original and unpublished.
- Manuscripts should not have been previously published or accepted elsewhere in a substantially similar form.
- Submitting a paper with significant content overlap in other conferences or journals during the ICGCEE 2025 review process is strictly prohibited.
5. Author Declaration Form
- The Corresponding Author must complete and submit the Author Declaration Form (available for download below) after the final paper submission.
For further information regarding the submission process, please contact the ICGCEE 2025 organizing committee.
We look forward to your participation!
