Presentation Guidelines
Presenters must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure an effective and professional presentation at ICGCEE 2025.
Duration of Presentation
- Each presenter is allocated 10 minutes for their oral presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session moderated by the Session Chair.
- The time limit will be strictly enforced to ensure smooth session transitions.
- To allow for an introduction and changeover, it is recommended that your presentation be 8–9 minutes long.
- Prepare approximately 10 slides, excluding the title and acknowledgment slides.
Modes of Presentation
- Onsite Presentation: Presenters will deliver their talk in person at the conference venue.
- Virtual Presentation: If you are unable to attend physically, you may present via live video conferencing or a pre-recorded video. (For further instructions, click [here]).
- Please indicate your presentation mode upon registration.
Preparation of Presentation Slides
- Your oral presentation must be accompanied by Microsoft PowerPoint slides.
- A maximum of 10 slides (excluding the title and acknowledgment slides) is recommended to ensure you stay within the time limit.
Slide Design Recommendations
- Font size: Minimum 20-point font for readability.
- Background and text contrast: Use a clear and professional color scheme.
- Slide content: Avoid excessive text; use bullet points, visuals, and graphs where possible.
- Animations and transitions: Use sparingly to avoid distractions.
- Multimedia: Avoid using audio or video files unless necessary, as they may cause technical issues.
